Amanda Bynes' parents considering taking a out legal conservatorship

Amanda Bynes' worryingly erratic behaviour reached new levels this week.

The troubled actress reportedly set fire to her own trousers after starting a small petrol fire on a driveway. And not her own driveway, although that really wouldn't make things any better.

The 27 year old actress was taken to hospital by police for a psychiatric evaluation after Ventura County Sheriff's Department deputies questioned her and decided that she met the criteria for a involuntary hospitalisation under the 5150 California state code.

Amanda's parents, Rick Bynes and Lynn Organ, have now been to visit their daughter and they reportedly now want to take out a conservatorship so they would be legally responsible for Amanda,

"They are now considering going to a judge and attempting to get a conservatorship of Amanda.

"They have previously met with lawyers to discuss the possibility of taking legal control of Amanda’s life. It’s a truly devastating situation for Amanda’s parents and their biggest concern is the health and safety of her,” source tells Radar Online.

It sounds like Amanda's parents taking such a drastic step would actually be the best thing for their daughter.

We hope Amanda gets all the help and support that she needs.

Since shaving off all her hair to raise money for Comic Relief, Jessie J has proved that you don't need a long flowing mane of hair to change up your hairstyle.

Over the past few months Jessie has undergone plenty of hair image overhauls thanks to frequent trims and many different shades of hair dye.

Now it looks like she might be growing out her hair, she's styled her cropped blonde hair into a little quiff - making her hair resemble that of a famous cartoon character.

When Magic Mike the film hit cinema screens, millions of women broke out into a sweat over the super-hot-hotty that is Channing Tatum wearing just a skimpy pair of pants, and they can soon relive the experience as Channing confirmed that the film is to be made into a Broadway show.

The movie was based on Channing’s own experiences of working as a male stripper and also starred the insanely fit Alex Pettyfer in one of the lead roles. Too. Much. Fitness. In. One. Film.

Channing made the announcement on Twitter, and it was confirmed that Glee writer Roberto Aguirre-Sacasa is to write the script for the musical, and Channing and Stephen Soderbergh will be the producers of the show.

While Channing had a key role in the creation of the original Magic Mike movie, it has been hinted that he will be taking over as director of the sequel from Steven Soderbergh as Steven retires from film making, though he will still be involved in the creation. We hope that doesn’t mean we miss out on having Channing in the film though!

Channing told Hollywood Reporter, "Either Reid Carolin and I will direct it together, or we'll have Greg Jacobs direct. He worked as a producer on the first movie and has been Steven's right-hand man for almost 25 movies. Right now, we're just trying to clean up the story, and then we'll make a decision. But it is hard for me and Reid to direct after one of the greatest directors of our time. Steven has argued [for us to do so]. He has said he would shoot it; he would DP it." WE. CAN’T. WAIT!

Blake Lively is NOT pregnant with Ryan Reynolds’ baby despite pregnancy rumours

We got a little bit excited at the prospect that Blake Lively might be having a baby with Ryan Reynolds (erm, have you seen this couple? Talk about good genes!) however, it seems our excitement was premature – her camp have released a statement denying the rumours.

The rumours came about, near to their first wedding anniversary, after sources claimed that Blake had started wearing looser-fitting clothes, possibly to hide a growing bump. It was also alleged that although Blake likes to indulge in a little alcoholic tipple on a night out usually, the star has been on the mineral waters instead.

Blake’s rep was quick to sqush any rumours, however, telling Gossip Cop: “The story is 100% false. Blake is not pregnant.” Boo! We’ve all got baby fever following the birth of Prince George!

We doubt it will be long until Ryan and Blake have a baby for real though, Ryan has spoken to Details magazine about their desire to have a large family. He said, "We'd love to have a big family. We both come from big families - my parents did four, Blake's did five. A lot of people say it's crazy, but we'll only know when we're there, you know? We'll walk through that fire pretty happily, I think." Well with looks like those, it would be rude not to!

Starting her career with Disney, it’s no wonder Selena wants to be taken a bit more seriously now that she’s, like, a grown up. Selena told CNN, “The past year and a half has been really transitional for me, just personally, as well as transitioning into becoming a woman. I still feel like I'm 15 sometimes and then other times, I'm wanting to feel comfortable in my body and my skin."

Selena also added that her new album, called Stars Dance, was “influenced by Taylor Swift andBritney Spears' more mature sounds”and it’s the first time that she's been able to ‘dedicate herself to the music fully.’

She said, "I was able to have full creative control over it. Before, I would have maybe a month or two to record an album, and I'd have to do my series at the same time and tour on the weekends. I wasn't in the right mindset to fully give my all."

And she certainly needs to give it her all – Selena is about to embark on a 64-date tour! She said, “I really just want to give it my all. I've never been this tired. Dancing so much, singing constantly, just getting it tight. We want the show to be really big. I want it to be big, but in a grand way, just having my dancers and just bringing it to life." “He’s made my life incredible”: Lea Michele opens up about Cory Monteith in last interview before his death

When Lea Michele gave an interview about her relationship with co-star Cory Monteith just over a month ago, the last thing she would have imagined was that the love of her life would no longer be alive by the time the magazine went to press.

Lea opened up about her relationship with Cory to the Mexican edition of Marie Claire just one month before Cory was tragically found dead in his hotel room on July 13th from a combination of heroin and alcohol.

Lea told the magazine, "It's more interesting having a relationship with someone you work with because we get more attention because we play boyfriend and girlfriend on the show and we are also in real life. But he is the best person I know, he has made my life so incredible, and I am so thankful for him and not only to have him as a partner but also as a co-worker."

Lea and Cory clearly had a fantastic relationship on- and off-screen, as Lea said that Cory’s support gave her the confidence to think she could do anything she set her mind to. She said, “It is important to have someone that supports you and encourage you, someone that makes you feel that you are unstoppable, that you can do anything in the world because you have him.”

The editor in chief of Marie Claire Mexico even said that Cory had turned up to Lea’s cover shoot in great spirits and said the couple were “very nice and obviously happy and in love”, as reported by us Weekly. 

It was also revealed that Glee’s creator, Ryan Murphy, has consulted Lea on what to do with Cory’s character on the hit show. He said, "Ultimately, we made no decisions without consulting Lea. She was very adamant that she thought it was best for the cast and crew to get back together sooner [rather] than later . . . Cory was so beloved that she felt people really needed to be together in this time. So we sort of followed her lead."

Penelope Cruz and Javier Bardem have welcomed their second child into the world and it only shares a birthday with the flipping future King of England!

While the world was focussed on Kate Middleton and Prince William and their delightful offspring, Penelope was also probably screaming for the gas and air over in Madrid as she gave birth to a baby daughter.

Penelope and Javier were probably secretly relieved to have their baby on the day that the world’s eyes were focussed on London (and those double doors of the Lindo Wing that we feel like we have stared at for about three months straight) as the couple keep their lives notoriously private.

Javier and Penelope have a two-year-old son, Leo, and confirmed they were expecting in February. Penelope told TVE! She was "tremendously happy and excited" for her new baby to arrive. After having her first child, Penelope told Vogue, "From the first second, you feel so much love. It is a revolutionary experience. That's the best way I can describe it. It transforms you completely, in a second. Nature is very wise and gives you nine months to prepare, but in that moment, when you see that face, you are transformed forever." I learned that I should definitely keep it way more private next time.” Privacy is hard to come by when your boyfriend is the most-followed person on Twitter ever!

Selena also appears to have a subtle dig at Biebs’ attitude, adding “Egos turn me off, big time. You are who you surround yourself with. I know that’s such a cliche quote, but it’s true. I’ve just witnessed it too much. I learned that I should definitely keep it way more private next time.” So we’re guessing Justin’s BFF Lil Twist isn’t top of Selena’s Christmas card list then…?

The 26-year-old model had been waiting for the star's arrival right at the gate.

Protectively putting her hand over her growing belly, she smiled as the singer tenderly held her arm.

The Ultimo model had kept cool from the rather warm weather, showing off her large baby bump in a low-cut printed mini dress which also displayed her cleavage in a purple lacy bra.

Michael has been touring around the world for his latest album To Be Loved, and earlier this month he released his latest single Close Your Eyes, meant as a tribute to his loving wife.

He has said the song is meant as a tribute to how much ‘she (Luisa) helps carry me...how she shares the load with me. I was just thinking, “You’re always the one that pulls us through.”’

The song includes the lyrics ‘You’re one of a kind/Thank god you're mine’, and features Michael in unashamedly nostalgic mood. It is a full-fledged ballad based around a piano and strings.

Lady Gaga's Little Monsters have put the singer on top. 

The boundary-pushing pop star, 27, beat outJustin Bieber to nab the top spot on Forbes's list of top-earning celebrities under 30, the magazine revealed Monday. 

The publication estimates Gaga earned about $80 million between June 2012 and June 2013 – and would have raked in even more money if she hadn't been sidelined by a serious hip injury that forced her to cancelher Born This Way Ball tour in February.

Forbes credits her massive social media following – fueled by devoted fans – for helping her land on top. And the magazine expects that her new album, ARTPOP, to be released in November, will help her remain on or close to the top of the list next year. 
The "Poker Face" singer is in some good company on the list of the young and powerful in entertainment. It also shows some serious girl power – seven of the top 10 are female. 

Bieber, 19, grabbed the no. 2 spot thanks to his devoted Beliebers, who helped him take home approximately $58 million.

The world got its first glimpse of William andKate's newborn son Tuesday on the steps of St. Mary's hospital in London. The day-old prince, swaddled in a blanket, already looked to be waving to the crowd. 

The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge did not reveal the baby's name – preferring to wait, much as William's parents, Charles and Diana, did 31 years ago in delaying the revelation of his name for several days. "We are still working on a name, so we will have that as soon as we can," William told reporters gathered outside the hospital.Stepping out of the hospital to cheers, Kate wore a bespoke cornflower blue crepe-de-chine dress by British designer, Jenny Packham, while her husband William wore a matching blue button-down shirt. 

Pausing to answer questions from the crowd, William said of his new son, "He's got a good pair of lungs on him, that's for sure. He's a big boy – he's quite heavy." 

He added, when the question came up, "He has got her looks, thankfully." 

"It's very emotional," Kate said of the experience. "It's a moment that any parent having just given birth will know what this feeling feels like." 

The new father also said to the gathered press: "I will remind him of this time when he’s a bit older because I know how long you have all been sat out here, so hopefully the hospital and all you guys can go back to normal now and we can look after him." 

As for the baby's hair, "He has way more than me, thank God," said his father. 

Regarding the changing of the diaper: "He's done his first nappy," Kate said of the proud dad. 

Royal sources confirm William practiced putting in the car seat and driving away in the run-up to his smooth performance Tuesday. 

In a statement from the Palace, the young couple continued to thank the hospital staff – just as they did earlier that day. 

"Her Royal Highness The Duchess of Cambridge will be discharged this evening from St. Mary’s Hospital, Paddington. The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge and their son will travel home to Kensington Palace. Their Royal Highnesses would like to reiterate their thanks to the hospital for the care and treatment they have all received."

A representative has confirmed that the two-time mother has just given birth to her second child. It is not yet known the gender or name of the baby. This follows suit with the couples notoriously private lives. Cruz recently even went so far as to say: "I want my son and my kids - if I have more - to grow up in a way that is as anonymous as possible. The fact that his father and I have chosen to do the work we do doesn't give anybody the right to invade our privacy."

Monica Cruz - Penelope's sister - with whom the actress has designed a range of bags for Spanish retailer Loewe, also recently gave birth to her first child. To become pregnant, I turned to artificial insemination," she revealed. "I want to tell also so I can have the opportunity to show my thanks to all those anonymous men that give may women like me, the dream of their lives."

Today rumours are swirling – via spies on New York’s Page Six - that the style-conscious rapper will be combining his new Daddy duties with prepping a unisex fashion line under his eponymous label. Kanye has apparently been designing in Milan for a week… although taking into account that this recent success was two years in the making and the comments made by A.P.C’s Jean Touitou (see below), by now we predict that maybe one sock has been perfected at this stage. The collection may include as many as 100 pieces, all of which will apparently be presented during September's fashion week, so KW and crew better get a move on…
